Default Head change to lower compression

Well I have been speaking to folk around my area about turbo charging my vauxhall/opel corsa mini truck half a ton truck not even with the drop, someone told me that if i change the cylindar head to a 1600 onto my 1300 block it will lower the compression enough to not have to change pistons and that will this work?

thats all math...if you can find out the CC of the heads, and all that ---- you can find the comression ratio change...

but im sure 98% of the people here have no clue what an Opel or a Vauxhall are....

When I went to europia I got to drive my grandpas Opel Vectra Sport model with the factory performance upgrade, pretty sleek car, not bad for a 4 door sedan.
