Head change to lower compression

Well I have been speaking to folk around my area about turbo charging my vauxhall/opel corsa mini truck half a ton truck not even with the drop, someone told me that if i change the cylindar head to a 1600 onto my 1300 block it will lower the compression enough to not have to change pistons and that will this work?

Re: Head change to lower compression

thats all math...if you can find out the CC of the heads, and all that ---- you can find the comression ratio change...

but im sure 98% of the people here have no clue what an Opel or a Vauxhall are....

When I went to europia I got to drive my grandpas Opel Vectra Sport model with the factory performance upgrade, pretty sleek car, not bad for a 4 door sedan.

i see that you need to change the head and the pistons to forget the matter of the engine and rise the safe boost
