you'll be fine until you hit 230hp i have my h23 stock just a cometic head gasket,450injectors ect. and a good tune i dyno i think i was 239hp 229lbq on a big 16g turbo.

on the other hand you can do what i did use the h23rod/crank with h22 highcomp pistion and shave the pistion to make it work and man crazy hp/tq with vtec head. pm me if you want more info on that build.

you can also put a h22 head on a f23 block and have a good motor for boost

 

yes h22 head will go on the h23 block
