H22 in 99 DX
hey fellas I'm considering swapping in an H22 or a B18C into my 99Dx instead of turboing it. Any one have any experience with this? I know the B18 will fit easier and won't change the vehicle handling as much as the H22 but the H22 only costs around $200 more and is what I'd rather have. Anyone have any advice or sites? THANKS!

Re:H22 in 99 DX
If you dont really care about your cars handling.. i say go for a H22A. who gives a ---- about handling anyway..j/k i know a lot of you guys do,but i dont. Thats why i wanna sell my b16a2 and get a h22a..its a torque monster in the honda world.

Re:H22 in 99 DX
Just some added info.
I have helped a guy recently put a '94 H22
in his '92 hatch and we used an ENJO
mount swap kit. These are way better than
other kits and a hell of a lot cheaper.theres
no cutting of your stock mounts.I know they
also make kits for H22 into '96 to 2000.
and axles which i have also installed on
the '92.
.......H22 4dr. MMMMMM donuts

Re:H22 in 99 DX
if u can get a h22 for 200 bucks tell me where . i will send you a extra 100 for it...
go b16a2...
ls tranny.
hondata
turbo kit
all u need is si motor mounts, si comp, si dizzy...si axles (which u dont really need but hey wtf)
h22's are great but half way within the swap u will see why everyone goes b series.
