Well don't deck it then, im just saying what I did. Its never hurts to pay 10-20$extra to make sure.

this was in a previous build using h-beams. i started the motor and heard the noise and freaked. in reality it probably wouldve went away, there was the slightest ridge on two of the bores. I used those pistons again after that with no problem

Even with Ibeams I would notch the block, my crowers were way to close for comfort.
