fixed the problem with my car.thanks for the help

You're leaning it out at higher RPM's? I guess you can do that when you are N/A. :P Hmmmm......when does it cut out? While you are WOT? Any smoke? If it were me I would start disconnecting things one at a time to see if the problem goes away. I know you said the ignition is fine, but it is a suspect. I don't trust those damn things. Plus, after 7 years of it running fine, it might be on it's way out.

I had a similar problem once. The whole car would die(lights and all)for a second or two. It only happened a couple times though. I never knew what was causing it. Sometimes it would click on and off really fast and then it would be fine for months. I'm thinking it was the main relay maybe?

The reason Im leaning it out up top is couse I got really good at reading spark plugs and that seemed to keep the porcelan the cleanest and the electrode without little white specks on it.

Im going to put the stock coil back in and see if thats it.

Well got it fixed.One of the spark plugs had a hair line crack on the percelan(by where the hex part is).I changed the plugs and now its running like a champ again.
