i see the 8 valve hf red line is 5500 and the dx (dpfi)16v redline is 6800.

I'm from the Netherlands, All DX hatches are DPFI here... Coupe's are MPFI.

My 89 CRX DX hits rev limiter/fuel cut-off around 6800.

could it be because liek the fuel pump is shot and cant keep up with the motor cause my 300z's rev limiter is real quick and got like 7150-7200 rpm like 5 times a second this pulses like 5500-5800 like 1 maybe 2 times a second like eal real slow. idk what the rev limiter sounds like on an EF so idk what im hiting. O and would the intake manifold from an EX sedan be suitable for a mpfi swap or does it have to be an SI intake mani? i also got the distributor from the ex sedan and the EX
