OBD0 cap and rotor are the same, so no biggy there.
Not exactly sure what you did, Is a ignitor wire damaged with the little rubber boot over it? or something else? if its just a wiring repair go ahead take the dizzy off, and make your repair. If you have damaged a pin on the ignitor you may have to replace it. (use your old crx ignitor) IF you still continue to have problems, just get another distributor, sometimes the contact points for TDC/Cylinder sensor get fucked up, and you just need a new one (rare but possible)

looks like i might have messed up one of the pins to the ignitor!! well it looks like the one on the pic above but im not 100% sure!!
