Default d15b timing belt problems?

ok so we just put together my friends motor with eagle rods, 8.5 compression nippon pistons, arp head studs, block gaurd, underdrive pulley, stage three clutch, 8 pound flywheel, pretty much the whole bottom end. we didn't touch the head.
the bottom and top end are both d15b. we didn't have the original timing belt to check against, so we bought a z6 timing belt. but now it seems too long. its a 103 tooth, and the only other one we can get at a local parts store is a 106 tooth. can anybody help us with this, maybe a parts number or where we can get it pretty fast. weve been waiting on parts for almost two weeks now and any more waiting isn't going to work, so a little help would be great.

Get a 92-95 Civic VX timing belt.
D15Z1/JDM D15B = 103 teeth

thats the belt we have, but it doesn't seem right. its too loose. could it be a tensioner problem? i don't know which tensioner is which cuz we have two, but we used the bigger one of the two.

use the 103 tooth belt, the D15b and z1 share the same deck height which is why the belt is 1 tooth shorter. they all use the same tensioner however. and by the way, 92-93 z1 uses an A6 water pump while 994-95 z1 uses a z6 waterpump. depending on which year d15b determines which water pump to use. if the timing belt seems to loose and your tensioned it correctly, meaning rotated cam gear 3 teeth then tightening the tensioner, and its still loose you have a problem.
