pull the cap off the dizzy, turn over engine and have a friend watch to see if the rotor turns

well it was an electric problem. We measured somewhat on the electronics and notices that a wire at the back of the fusebox wasn't making a good connection. fuse nr14 i believe. Although it does not say that its for the ignition what so ever (at least not at my fusebox). its fixed now
