i do a lot of work on big trucks and equipment and ---- and last summer i was doing mine on my LS and nothing in the shop would take it off so i finally got pissed and grabed the big 1 incher and smashed it right off i love thatthing its a beast haha

Some of you guys make it way more difficult than it needs to be.

chain strap, gay honda tool, allen tool, hammer wedged in the crankshaft, WTF................

All you need is the top power steering bracket from any obd1 motor and place where the starter goes. It will get wedged between the tranny housing and the flywheel. Trust me, this is the easiest way to keep the crank from moving.

 

Use a ------- power tool. I've never had a problem taking the damn thing off
