Picked up the valve seal kit from Vatozone and it didn't come with the special tool thing. Oh well. Was j/w tho in my helms it says that intake valve seals are white and exhaust or blk... these are all blk. Sound like they gave me the wrong kit? I have actually compared them yet...

Not the seals, the color of the little spring on them.

+1 for valve seals, not to hard. It will take you a few hours, just take your time and don't rush it. You can do it with out taking off the head, either way its still going to take a few hours. I would pull the head and give it a good once over.

Im gona say its the turbo seals. Only because it sounds just like what happend to me on my last setup. I Pulled the turbo off and threw a stock header on and It solved my smoking issues.

if you pull your down pipe off you can eliminate that as an issue just by looking at the turbo wheel and seeing if on a cold start if your getting some fluid wet oil buld up before its hot enough to start burning it off..

I thought that was my issue as well but wasnt.. was the valve seals.. either way good luck

What you say makes sense, it doesn't smoke at first... after it warms up it really smokes like a bitch.... I'll check that too. I've had the ole CDM turbo on my car for 1 year and 1 month and now if its taking a ---- on me I wouldn't be surprised. DD btw
