built d series on 16 psi. 253 hp 222.3 tq

bone stock b18c1 on 9 psi 319.9 249 tq.

my untuned b16 on about 7-8 psi is waaaay faster than my d16y7 on 13 psi

If you're still building power after 7000, yeah it will make more power. What is the most power you've seen out of a built D? 500? What is the most you've seen out of a built B? What's the most you've seen out of a stock D? 300? What's the most you've seen out of a stock B?

No matter how you look at it, the B will make more power. D's are fun to ---- around with, but if you're looking for the most power a D is NOT the way to go.

amount of power made isn't dependent on whether a motor is stock or built, all that means is it can handle more power

a stock b will make much more power than a built d on the same set up at the same amount of boost, period. the only thing that limits you is how much power you plan to make and run every day.
