Default Building an Mini-Me Y7/Y8 NA on a budget

What's the best Bolt-on parts to put in a NA Mini-Me Y7/Y8? I'm on a budget with only $1000 max. Just wanna make at least 140 whp? All I have so far is an cold air intake (Custom), ported intake manifold (Y and resurface head (Y that I had a machine shop take as much as possible off, don't ask because I not actually sure how much the machine guy took off, Ls or Gsr T/B port match to the manifold, airmass headers 4-2-1 one piece, 2" straight pipe to an Greddy Sp Exhaust, MSD 6AL. What do I need else? I was thinking about putting zc rods and pm7 piston would that help? What about camshaft? Which one is better? Would I even get close to 140 whp?

^^^for real... i spent $800 on my first turbo setup, and that was with a ball bearing T28 off of Silvia. I put down 232HP and 218TQ on a bone stock Z6... don't bother with all that gay bolt on ---- (intake, MSD, header) and dont be spending money on porting ----... just peace together a nice turbo kit and your set son...

You could piece together a real nice "beginner" kit and have it tuned for a grand.

Give you motor a tune-up (new wires/rotor/cap/t-belt/fuel filter), and don't buy a single ebay type bolt-on, b/c it will be money wasted for the turbo kit.
