no, to put something over the hold in the valve cover, like cover it with something then seal it off

i wouldn`t use JB on the hole.
what if you are swappign head later on, how do u manage to take that thing out.
just use the oem groumet, use a shorter bolt and nut with RTV to hold it.

I am doind a head swap this winter, but when I do that, I'm using a different valve cover. so it really doesnt matter if I cant get it off.
