Default brakes, hubs, and axles

yeah so a really long story short. went to the auto store to replace my rotors and pads. well come to find out, when i got the civic dx rotors they were to big for the hub. go back with one of my rotors and find out by comparing a couple of them i have ------- wagovan knuckles, hubs, and brake setup. so the previous owner was a douche and didnt tell me this(4 ------- years ago). now what i want to know is, if i buy new axles that are d16a6 si axles, and get integra front knuckles and brake setup, will the axles bolt in place or no? i want to do this since i will no longer be running anything lower than a 15 inch rim after this winter. and i plan to auto-x and road race this car at the local track. if not ill just hunt down a set of si hubs.

What the last owner didn't tell you is that you don't have a dx civic but a STD civic with the 4-speed. Thats why your brakes are smaller. Yes on the a6 axles and teg knuckles.

You sure? Std come with the smaller brakes and a 4-speed. If he gave you the 4-speed with the car I would say it is a 4-speed. You should also get the m/b from a teg if you upgrade the front.

yes it is a dx, im 100% sure it is. i had a std that i transfered my motor, and front suspension from when he tossed the rod in the a6. i did it that way because it was the only way i knew how(first time working on imports and a honda to boot). plus the body was a hell of a lot cleaner. but im currently rocking the 4 speed still. i love that thing. an lsd in it would make it so much better.
