The stock bore for D16 IM is in the 56-57mm range, you will have to dress it for a 58 or 60mm B-series TB. FWIW, 90-93 LS and early B16 had 58mm, everything else is 60mm. I am far and away not up to speed on H/F stuff, but I believe some of the H22/H23 stuff have bolt-on 60mm TBs.

 

Sounds great thanks for the info i just bought a ported and polished d16z6 intake manifold and im bidding on a b16 throttle body.

 

3.5 legend has a 62.5mm tb plate that you can use JD. Not as big as the oddesy tb plate in my car but it should do the trick.
