Oopps, Double post!
Yes it is possible to bore a throttle body, but the biggest problem is a new throttle plate is required to fit the new diameter. If the plate is an impropoer size, you'll Idle like crap.
I know Wierracing tried, and sorta failed. Talk to Chris on the site. He sell's bored throttle bodies.
