Get arp head bolts and torque them down to spec. My a6 is juiced to the max and i sleep well every night knowing those bolts will not fail me.

 

Please don't fully build a motor to run 10psi. It's a waste. Just get the a6 and put a z6 head on it with these upgrades:

New rings
3 angle valve job & new valve seals(all the stock ----)
new oil/water pump
new headgasket (stock)

Not all of these are necessary, but if you have $1000 to spend and you only want to run 10psi, these would be the things that count. Everything else is unnecessary.
