What do you need to know? You'll need new power wire and ground. Since your probably moving it to the trunk, make sure your wire is a large enough gauge to support the long distance. As long as your not hooking up two batteries, you really wont need anything different....

Let me add something that I did not see mentioned. When doing your grounds, make sure the ground is to either the motor or the chassis, seat belt bolts and places that are not directly linked to the chassis are not very good, especially if you plan on running any type of afytermarket audio equipment.

Also, another very important thing, make sure your grounding point is bare metal, if there is paint on it, sand/grind it off, you want nice shiny metal.

Just for curiosity's sake, what if you did hook up two batteries? How would you go about doing that when relocation of the battery? Or does this require a new topic to be asked? :P

Nice relocation write-up.

Im sure there are a lot of electronically inclined people here, but when I am curious about something electronic that I don't already know, I either search on sounddomain.com, caraudio.com/vb, or termpro.com.

Anyways, what will you be wiring two batteries for? Different applications will require different things.
