Default bad ringlands?

does bad ringlands cause significant engine power loss? The engine would start up fine. But whenever you step on the gas it would rev up slowly. No blue smoke. But whenever i drive the car it feels like it has no kind of power throughout the rpm band. Is that a sign of bad ringlands?

how hard is it to change the ringlands?

if you brok the ring lands on your pistons, you would atleast have to replace your pistons, and rings.

A compression test will tell you if you broke your ring lands or not.

i roll the k-car smokescreen.

my car feels a bit laggy with a broken ringland in cyl 3, so I just turned up the boost.

let the blue clouds roll.

It's not hard. You'll have to remove the cylinder head and oil pan.

Sounds to me like its some kind of timing issue, and as the problem started when you did the timing belt, i would start by checkin the timing!
