i baught valvetrain from a friend he got a b16a from a jdm delsol it had type r cams and type r fuel injectors and he was reving to 9700 like beat the ---- out of this motor daily how can i tell if the valve springs were type r or stock b16 there is 1 set of duels and it has green paint on one end of the inners and the outers and the singles from the other side have like white or maby brown paint on them i have no idea what to look fore

 

so im guesing there isnt a way to tell the diffrence

 

my friend has a ITR and there green on the intake and yellow on the exaust side.

 

usually duals are type r
the exhaust is just b16 intake springs

 

so if i have two sets of duel springs should i use the b16 exhaust springs with the spair b16 iner springs whats my best combo
