Default B16b pistons in a B16a?

Will b16b pistons work perfectly into a b16a block? Usually stock b16b pistons have a CP of 10:1 but how come a b16a armed with a b16b piston shoots to 11:1:1 or 11:1? Is this due to the b16b's higher deck of 7-10 cm?

I really want to use these PCT pistons but i have to weight the pros and cons in using b16b pistons.. Can you guys help me out in making these project a reality? Gimme your ideas and PROS and CONS in this sert up..( I already know of the
1mm shave per side of the connecting rod)... Thanks!

different compression height. PCT's will stick up slightly out of the hole.
