thats what i said. B16A3 is OBD1 and pre 96 Del Sol VTEC. 96+ del sol VTEC and 99-00 Si is OBDII B16A2.

yeah, but as onyx stated, there are some b16a3's in the obd2 delslows also, therefore the engined was not just made for obd1 vehicles....
