Alternator replacing

Default Alternator replacing

ok my question about the alternator is that i have a aftermarket pulley on my engine and the alternator i have is from a 91 crx si but the problem is the belt that fits the alternator it has three teeth on it and the pulley has four teeth on it but i dont know if thats good so my question is am going to replace my alternator and i wanted to know if there is anything i can do if thats no good

Purple FPR
AEM Tru time Camgears
91 crx si distributor
91 crx si alternator
91 crx si Tranny
(yes, you can say a mini mini-me)

do you can run with 3 pistones with one compression and the other with another?
