Default Alternator Belt To Short... - A6 motor, d15 alt. What size belt do I get?

My brand new rebuilt alternator crapped out on me so i went to the yard and picked up a d15 alternator out of a 92-95 civic hatch.

Got it all in and buttoned up but the alternator belt is to dam short, seems like by a good 2 inches with the alt all the way forward

Is there a specific product number I need to pick up or should I just go buy a generic drive belt form home depot, do they last as long?

Thanks

are the pulleys different sizes? if so, swap them.
make sure they are the same nippondenso or mitsubishi. they have different diameter shafts.
