And with the use of +.080 B18 pistons (83mm), you can use 21mm wrist pins (19mm is stock A20A3 size pins). Get some blank forged low-compression pistons and have a machine shop machine the valve reliefs into them.
For cams, it's best to stay stock. It's really hard to beat the stock cam for boost. For NA, Colt makes a popular regrind they call "tri-flow", which just steps the opening of the intake valves instead of opening them up at the same time. Anyone that does cam regrinds can regrind your stock cam, though.
