If you can get it for free, resell it or scrap it. The d17s dont have ---- to do with the previous D series engines.

If you really feel the need to do an ENTIRE d17 swap (block/head/tranny/etc) I remember seeing one person do it on some queerball website, but I can assure you that it wasnt worth their time. Just get rid of it and grab a d16a6 for Pete's sake.
