Don't do that.
I ran an intersection on a unfamilar back road and jumped it and bottom out on my traction bars. They saved my motor and bent right in the middle, but thank God they're still intact and haven't changed the overall angles and my bushing still aren't ripped out so I assume it's all good.
Hard launches cause the breakage?

I was going to do it because the nuts that are welded to the inside of the frame rail that the bolts go into are non existant in my car. They broke loose and are just free floating in the general area.

Bolt right through to a nut on the other side. Sheesh. (That's what I did )
