you would need oil feed and return line, a blow off valve, and some couplers and clamps for the charge piping. i don't see the inlet/outlet on the ic 
you could get the fmu for under 100 bucks, the turbo for about 100 bucks, 250 for the intercooler, 50 for the manifold, 100 bucks for brand new piping and couplers, 10 dollars for the mbc, so no, it's not really worth it

The description says it's for a B series but the manifols looks like an HF/STD. What do you need it for? Also it says reserve not met, Maybe I got there too late but for 1000 is not worth it.
EDITforget it I read it better. But still if it was $1000 it's too much. Maybe more like $500 but not much more than that.
