You ever run an automotive company? If not you have no idea what your talking about. zc

hold on

The federal minimum wage is $5.85 per hour effective July 24, 2007; $6.55 per hour effective July 24, 2008; and $7.25 per hour effective July 24, 2009.

but here in WI we have a higher minimum

He at one point actually stood on the stool I was using to get easier access so I wouldn't touch his truck while leaning over, when I walked away to check some wiring diagrams on my computer. I was very polite to the guy and told him what was going on. He later complained that I didn't use a fender cover, even though there was no damage, no dirt, nothing wrong with his truck and I wrote it up so his warranty would cover it even though he screwed it up. I could see his point about the fender cover if he would have said something or if he wasn't doing the same thing I was.
lol exactly and another situation i had that really pissed me off. well first off when doing warranty work gm sends out surveys to peoples houses asking about how our shop was and was everything done properly and so on and we get a bonus based on our scores that the customer gives us. also we do not usually accept walk-ins we get appointments and know what is coming in day to day. well this customer cam in w/o and appointment and was all pissed off because his key fob was not working on his 1,500 mile cobalt. btw this was at 40 and we close at 5. Well he is in service write up talking to the adviser an the adviser is telling him he needs to make an appointment and bring his car in and the customer was furious and said that it was bullshit and his car should not be having problems already and that we better fix it immediately. well i was in service write up with nothing to do at the time and overheard the whole conversation and me being nice and wanted to get the problem resolved said i will do it really quick. Well the adviser wrote him up and i got his new key fob and programmed it in like 15 mins which is quicker then if you had an appointment and had it done and out the door working for the guy. Well i figured the least the guy could do was throw a good survey our way for helping him out but no he said we did not fix his car and gave it a 0/4 which is the worst score and killed my average so now i am not receiving my csi bonus because i decided to help this customer out. i can promise that will not happen next time. i could not believe that after he knew i went out of my way to help him and did it quickly and right that he would send back something so bad to GM.

The motorcycle and powersports industry in whole has been taking a big wet ---- ever since 9/11. I'm bailing out before that fail boat goes stern up.
