Your entire stance is based off the attitude that an early 90s Corvette, one that you admit was obviiously taken care of, isn't worth the effort for you to keep nice. Well, I don't like those cars either but you HAVE to respect his attitude.

The next time you see an 81 Civic Wagovan, or a super clean CRX, and go "wow that's nice," take thirty seconds to ponder that the only reason those cars exist is because they think exactly like your -----retentive Corvette owner who expects you to wear gloves. If you like seeing clean old ---- vs new car mentality *******, then put on a pair of ----------ing gloves next time, bag the driver seat, lay a mat in the floorboard, and use a ------- fender cover. It's simple respect.
Have to agree, douche. If my shitty 20 yr old CRX had decent paint and was in the condition it sounds like that vette is in, I'd be pissed about anyone greasing it up as well. And well, the CRX was never even near the "awesome" quality the vette was. 99% of people would see it as a piece of ---- old honda and have the same attitude as you do towards his corvette, but I'd still be pissed if it was greased up (if it had a decent paint job).

I work as a LAN monkey at a Call Center. Im basicly a Junior Admin. I create simple accounts in Active Directory and Exchange, Build servers, workstations basic TCP/IP horseshit. Last few months I have re-ip'd abotu 1000 machines to prepare for a switch over to IP based Avaya phones, Roll out SCCM a new software and OS deployment tool and upgrade our network for said avaya phones. Meh it pays the bills, barely but it pays em.

Oh and, Shut the ---- up Kain.

I bet you any amount of money that swap is completely beyond your grasp. I ------- hate it when someone puts an assload of work in to a project just to have some dumbass nutswinger ---- on him cause hes a fan boi. Rotaries suck, get over it. everyone knows they arent nearly as easy and cool and reliable and cheap and whatever as anything else on the planet. Its great taht a few folks get them to turn out serious power or run them all day and what not but guess what compared to any honda motor they dont hold a candle. brb i have to go help my tech fix his 2005 RX8 rotary cause it randoly doenst start like twice a week. Who gives a ---- if you realy like rotars Kain, no one cares they are still shitty and you're still a virgin.

tell you what. why dont you both race when he gets his all done. lets see whats what then. betcha a dollar yoru ---- breaks before that.

i work for Pepboys... as a service adviser, the job kinda sucks being that Pepboys stock is going to ---- and they expect you to turn around the recession and bother every customer 3 months after you serviced their car to see if they want more service. they politely want you to spend every second and moment to be productive for the company. they expect you to be able to do the job of 1.5 people.

I fear sometimes that i could lose my job. not that I'm bad worker or anything I got the best sales in my area. but I have notice that there are a lot of automotive places that have flat out just closed down. i know Pepboys closed 35 stores in the US. i know Goodyear company just closed down 90 stores nation wide with good year service centers and Just tires stores.

the economy sucks and people just aren't spending as much money as they used to. makes me feel as if there isn't as much money floating around as their used to.

but anyways I'm ranting i don't like doing that. so thats it.

btw if anyone knows a job that pays better then 13.50 an hour and is stable with 40 hour in Orange county Cali let me know.

To corvette guy: You should really be wearing gloves anyway. I personally dont intend to have any cancers due to carcenogenic compounds in my bloodstream.

To RX8 guy: Props for the work you put into it, but couldnt you have picked a better engine than an SR20? What was your reasoning?

Joseph: My wife will own your *** at laser tag.
