Remember when you started making manifolds and you said " I will make it and I will "sucksead" and you guys are just haters and eat a dick and I'm a changed man and this time is different....." This time is no different. I quoted myself last time saying "The shipping baron will be back" and the shipping baron did come back. I was right then and I am right now, but we'll let you live in your fantasy world again for the time being and let you spill out all your sorry explanations of how you have chancged and this time is different and how you're going to change. Yada yada yada yada.........even Corey was saying the same ----, just like he is now, "Josh is changing and Josh is different and Josh will do good and Josh is great and you guys are all haters, but look what happened.

Ya know, it would be different if you actually had a chance of pulling something like this off, but we know you all too well and we know how you are and exactly what's going to happen. It sucks that failure is in your blood, but it's not our fault.

at least you recognize that 3 people cuts the time for each manifold in half, while also allowing someone to be doiing something else,

6 hands make more money than 2. its common sense.

By that theory, people should hire as many employees as possible because magically thats going to cut time down so much. Have you thought about profit margins? 3 people have a higher work capacity but if you aren't getting enough orders to take advantage of that work capacity and the amount of work at that point is enough for 2 people, you are running an inefficient business. I guess this is why the guys with business degrees now need to higher engineers as consultants to fix their companies efficiency.

On a more serious note, I'm going to give you a little advice. I would make damn sure when hotrex decides to take a few days/weeks off for personal reasons, there are other people you can call up and make sure the work will get done, even if it means cutting your profit margin dramatically. If CoreyR is running the business but can't weld well, then you're SOL when hotrex decides he can't make manifolds for a couple of days/weeks. You may not need to higher that person full time, but make sure there is someone you can call up when you need to, because you will need to call them. Also, look into taking a welding course. $300-400 investment will end up helping your company quite a bit.

I find that its better to hope for the best in a person then to remind them of their worst. In the spirit of new beginings I wish you good luck Josh.

So you came to HMT to turbo the riced out CRX and ended up having a career and a business.

No Honda = No HMT = No turbo = No fabrication need = Not learning = No business.....

I hope everything works out. It looks like a nice place to start.
