You could make a fitting of the same size, but it would have to be designed different. As it is now you can run the return/feed into the fitting and then just "T" into a line elsewhere. Eliminates one long coolant line anyway. The problem I would see with the return and feed/return being on the same place is the lines to the turbo are so much smaller than the upper rad hose. for a first-run, $25, and I would buy one. Its a good idea, and would make running the lines for WC turbos a little easier.
