They really do. Same ---- they threw in the grand ams isn't it?

Only Z24 I like is the late 80s V6 Then they sucked. Do the newer ones have the ecotecs?

Anyone know about yamamamamaha something-750s? Carbureted cruiser bike type thing. He wants less than a grand for it.

cornhole, the lo quads have 150hp/150ftlb and were only made in 95 (bastard year)

jorsher, 96-01= 2.4 dohc

02 was the split year, 95% ecotec but youll find a few 02 z24's

03-05 all ecotec, regardless of submodel

no the quad 4 was made up until 95 when it stoped being produced (was only avalable in the 1995 cavalier z24 and sunfire gt, other years had a 2.4L with 150hp and 155ft-lbs)
and the quad 4's had a few versions of single and dual overhead cams
and power ratings from 145-190hp and redline from 5900rpm-8100rpm
and also came in olds achieva, pontiac grand am and more
they are one of the most beloved gm engines in the last 20years and make great power the only problem is they are an early iron block aluminum head engine so they often blew head gaskets about every 100k miles but if they are given time to warm up they have surpassed 150k miles with no problems

don't try to argue with me about ---- i know, especially when you have no clue

read my post again. i said your lo was only made 1995. someone local please insert their **** into this kids mouth. dude, it's not even an argument. you can't read and are straight WET THE BED retarded.

Its not my bike. My friend has to keep it here due to not being able to afford it going to school an 1 1/2 hours away one direction and not making much money at his job. He has the bags so he can carry his welding supplies to class. I actually like them. I really like how the rebel looks, i like its size. Maybe cuz its the only other bike i have actually ridden, but it grows on you. Its small and light and fun to ride around town. Sucks *** at highway speeds though. Its a bitch drafting semi's just to keep up.

bump for easy finding. ill update hopefully tonight. last thing to do to my bike is mount and balance the front tire. already got the rear tire and my clubmans on. also picked up a 78 cb750 for 500. its a friends but he is using my garage for now. we have had it about 24 hours now and its already down to frame and the motor is ripped out. replacing the alternator and stator. paint the frame, paint the motor, sand the fins on the motor for a little bling bling.

Ok well here is the update. My bike is just about finished now. All i need to do is mount and balance the front tire. Put my clubmans on already. They look and feel so much better. Gives me a more upright feeling while riding instead of all leaning back. I still need to do the front brakes though.

Sorry for the shitty pics. Cameras batteries died so i used the phone. This is my back tire. Notice the tire on the 750? lol just happens to have the same set of tires on it as my bike.

Clubmans

Now on to the new project. Its just like when i first got into hondas. We had one, then two, then six all in like 2 months. Started with a rebel, then the cx500, now onto a 78 cb750. This one is a friends that is having all the work done at my house. Its stripped down to bare frame so we can clean everything and paint it up.

Nice and shiny paint

Motor completely cleaned up and painted with 2000 degree paint.

Sanded the fins down to give it a little detail instead of being all blacked out.

We didn't even realize it was air cooled till we got home and really started looking at it. Who would have thought a 750 would be air cooled?
