You just said your aunt said housing is at an all time low right now, but it will go up next year. How can she say that and then say buying right now to make a profit is a bad idea? :1 If I buy now and it goes up next year, I MAKE A PROFIT WHEN I SELL.__________________

This calculator sucks b/c this piece of ---- got my hopes up and figured out that I will be recieving 15,000 usd back. 
But the promotional tax program that was mailed to me (also from HR crap) said I was getting $5,000 usd back what a bunch of bull ----
