i started lifting halfway through my freshman year. I lifted 4 days a week. Monday and thursday I would do upper body. Tuesday and Friday i would do lower body. I lifter all the way up through my senior year of football then i got lazy and quit lifting. At the end I weighed 220 and benched 320. Every bit of it was natural.

Things i would do...I would pick up lille bits of info from teachers and other lifters. Everybody has there own way of doin things.

What i would suggest is when you lift, like every 2 weeks change your lifts...for example. Monday of this week For you main lift use a flat bench. on the next monday...do incline...Next flat...next DE-cline. After a while of doin the same lifts over and over again your body gets used to that motion and doesnt repsond like it used so it wont build muscle as fast.

The same thing goes for lower body. Instead of squatting all the time. Go do some leg presses to replace the squat.

And eat decent. Dont lift and be a picky eater. Just have a balanced diet.

O yeah... When i was benching 320...I was 16. I was the youngest in our graduating class at 17

it also has to do with your genetics to a degree. i have been intensely working out since i was ten years old. yes, READ ten years old. my dad got me into working out, plus i wanted to be a good fighter. i graduated high school at 135 lbs, but was able to max bench 260 lbs. i ate all the clean ----, took creatine and whey protein, the whole deal. i couldn't gain weight for ----, but i was still cut like a ----------er. now at the age of 22, i am 180 lbs of pretty much solid muscle. at 6 feet tall, im still pretty skinny. the moral? it takes time to gain muscle mass, dont expect fast gains unless you have great genetics.

GO TO KFC
a few times a week and lift some weights.
It worked for me and my lil cousin. Over da summer he gained 20-30 lbs. I just got bigger and stronger.
