using ssauto's products would be like wearing a 50 dollar walmart helmet compared to a real one, id rather have a good product when it comes to being realiable.

That's why I purchased myself a kevlar helmet when I had my bike. The best $450 I've ever spent on myself.

Never will I ever skimp on safty equipment.

Since this thread isn't quite dead yet, here's a pic of a mani that a guy I know is using. (gasket is backwards on the first pic)

I figured that this was a mani from an engine with the same exhaust spacing, and a similar flange, but no.

It is supposed to be for the 4AGE, but SSAC screwed up somehow. I'm not quite sure how you screw that up when you can use a gasket as a template, but whatever.

Now that's quality control.

They're $500 becuse they put -----tons of $$ into R&D to make it a safe/light helmet that won't let your dome get all fucked up in a semi-serious collision. Well worth the extra money if you value your safety and if you don't then why even wear a ------- helmet?

True, but rider error will also ---- you up pretty good. After 4-6 beers I'm convinced that I'm a ninja dare-devil and can jump anything on my Cr250.
