What are you saying are the crackpot ideologies? That's all factual information that I thought was somewhat already known. I knew about some of that ---- before I could even drive, but there's a bit that's new to me.

Bottom line: we don't "help" other countries, we do what is beneficial to ourselves

I know the "strongest survive" and that it's human nature for us to do things for our own benefit, but it's pretty shitty of the gov't/media to portray themselves as liberators and doing things for the good of iraq, when in all reality Britain and USA have been bending them over and ------- them in the *** for decades, without lube.

Anyway, this thread is about ron paul right? jy, what has Rudy done that's so great?

Franky, do your own damn research, and make a decision. Before learning about Ron Paul, I thought Rudy would be a reasonable choice. Nowadays, you have to be suspicious of politicians towing the party line, or changing thier positions to effect the daily poll they know they'll face.
Again, no matter how well our military works, we're stuck in Iraq (and paying for it) until the Iraqis decide to get thier ---- together politically, which I don't think they're willing to do. Therefore, our military and our money is at the mercy of someone else, and that's not good. As it is, we already don't have the money to fund all the bullshit the government puts in place, so they just print more money, and reduce the worth of the money in your pocket. That's not a smart way to run shop, and agreeing to have an open-ended nation building contest isn't in our best interest.
Who would have ever thought we'd send our guys to be the police force of another country?

Hey, I got those numbers for you on who the military is sending thier donations too.

Buke, which video is that? the one where the firefighters are bitching about radios? Our military is operating radios from the viatinam era. I know this first hand as I went to combat as a radio operator. If you kept up on radio tech, the govt would be so knee deep in radio upkeep it would be insane. Ohh yeah, our ---- didn't work half the time either.

Steve, guess I fall into that 2.44%.

Ron Paul

for those of you who are into the politics, here it is laid out cut and dry, no biased info
Rudy

I havent heard if Newt is gonna run but here are his views

McCain who I also think has a decent shot. Few things I dont really agree on, but I still think he has a shot.

Hillary

Barack
