thanksgiving, independence day, memorial day, veteran's day, labor day, Martin Luther King day, Ceasar Chavez day,...did i miss any? oh yea, you said president's day. i'd say these are american, as in usa holidays since they are celebrated in no other nations.
i know the history of cinco de mayo, and it's 100% mexican. while it might not be celebrated in mexico (i've never been there on May 5th) it is definately celebrated by lots of latinos in central california.
defend a citizen that refuses to learn english. defend a citizen who is more proud of their ancestrial country than the usa. come on, let's see your skills.
you can thank the doc for the gay flag......there should be a stars and stripes above it!
