Re: Out of the turbo honda game. '77 Celica. 1UZ-FE. Holset H1E GANGSTA!
There is a guy in www.clublexus.com and www.lextreme.com that is selling a single turbo manifold for the 1UZFE! $400 buckaroos...or best offer..
Good luck with the project and keep us posted. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=170277 https://www.lextreme.com/st/IMG_0981.JPG https://www.lextreme.com/st/IMG_0977.JPG https://www.lextreme.com/st/IMG_0978.JPG |

Hooray, the 1UZ-FE is a nice engine. Few things sound better than a turbocharged cross-plane V8.

Stevo's... we got 2 hours into tuning, and the compressor nut backed off. If you find a used one that pukes a little oil, but no wheel-housing interaction, it is probably worth the price of sending it off to Blaast for their $250 rebuild. |

I don't think this car is going to end up with a heater or a stereo. |
