dont care what any one says the only reason weed is illegal is because it produces cheaper and stronger fibers than cotton but the cotton barrons of the slave days made too much money on cotton and would lose money on hemp so they made a pact with the gov and said anyone growing hemp is bad. i wish i could cite this but i dont remember where i read it. but its a real situation that happend in us history and because of greed we cant smoke weed.
also on a side conspiracy therory i think that drug dealers dont want it leagal becaus ethen they would be the ones loosing the money that after skool jonny is now spending at a local smoke bar. getting oz of top quality ---- for half the price of tito the local pedlar. in ca you can find a doc that will prescribe you weed and you can grow it yourself and never have to spend a dime with someone else. lots of cop payin dealers might get a lil upset
