interesting...if this is postponed long enough and everything works out for me i might have full driving privliges by the time this meet is up. but then again it probibly wont work out lol.

actually, good news really...
me and Johnny Cash got a lot done on the car friday night.
it runs, intercooler, piping and radiator are all mounted and installed...if we put the front bumper on this thing it looks like a stock '86 with the resemblance of something a little shiny sticking out under the hood
this is very good news and makes me feel better
the machine shop STILL hasnt gotten the block to me...i am told today (Monday) but we'll see
after that we just need a good tranny, dyno & seat time and i think end of August will be good for me...i am booked up with weddings, birthdays and other obligations til about then anyways (and all my house ----) so let me get thru this next weeked and I will give you a call and we'll set it

I dont think money is a issue on either sides of the crews, its time and manpower. We are pretty much covered in that catagory though. I think the far drive for alot of the NE crew members to chris's shop is the big downfall. All the guys in the nw crew have at most a 45min drive to my house, so we can get things done pretty easy.
