i tried to donate what i could to the nw crew, i even bought a crank and it ende dup being fucked.. and donated a good chunk of change. (100$) I wish i could get up their easier.. now that i got a bike i guess i could.. no license is killer.

At first, my whole idea was to have all of HMT donate, pitch in and build a car from across the country...build a car that could win on the actual show. It turned into a NE vs. NW at Jeff's bequest...there were rules involved that clearly benefitted the NW, I knew that, but didnt care because I just wanted it to happen at that point...I was optomistic.
I wanted everyone in the NE to quit their internet dick slinging and man up, I wanted people to get together on a regular basis, chill, hang out and get to know each other on a more personal (in-person) level...I wanted everyone to band together. Instead I got a few donations and a couple people at my shop...what help we did get was appreciated.
I REALLY wanted a ton of people to see this as a huge event where HMT folks from around the country would descend on TC...instead, I cant get 5 people from the NE to actually come to TC to drive this death trap.
In reality, none of that happened. I didnt get the car I was supposed to get...I had another Free one laying around. In retrospect, I should have just bought a rusty old CRX...and I shouldnt have agreed to a 3 month build time.
It will get done...when that might be, I am still trying to figure out. There are things bigger than ****'s mid-section (surprising I know) going on in my personal life that need to be sorted.
