AFA an arguement... From everything that's been posted, BAC fucked JD. JD had an opportunity on his own to atleast get his end taken care of. JD did not do it. I aint the only one to say that.
Beyond that, JD is a suck servant. Bitch has called me out more than once trying to be all bad with the OMG im slightly older than myself and driving a honda. And yet again I have let him know he's fruitier than four queeries sitting on an upside down bar stool...
Speaking of which what do you own JD? My $72,000usd life's saving and change is tied up in developing 15 acers into almost 30 lots finishing out a subdivision. In a housing market that has unendingly boomed in the last fifteen years, and is NOT affected by the morgage mess. I get my pick of four of the first 16 lots @ with a market value of $25,000+ unbuilt if I don't feel like building them. If I do (and WILL) build them I can get the construction loans required to build the $90,000-$110,000 cost houses who's market value is $140,000-165,000 in that subdivision.

but unlike you i wont pretend i can weld "industrial" stuff better. my experience is limited to welding stainless piping and thats it, and unlike you i didnt have to pay for classes to learn how to weld, i taught myself. i just want to see 1 manifold youve built/welded, it should be sick considering how well you weld the other stuff right? please prove me wrong.

Work? You have "work"? ----. Im crazy but you're ------- delusional if you think lopping some pre-made pipe on a chop saw on the back deck. Welding pipe that's so thin and flows like magnetic water that its easy to weld you could have ANYONE weld it and have it hold in a weekend's worth of practice constitutes you knowing anything about anything... And that you can "fabricate" anything at all?
And coming from someone who in Feburary couldn't take a $5 hack-saw to his own manifold, tape it together, and have an exhaust shop weld it together in two minutes for a beer. Hey... People can learn alot in less than a year, but you. Bawahahahahahaha

Got news for you hauss... There aint a "self-taught" welder in the world making >$17/h. And that's in good areas. Your going rate would be... $8-13/h, cgts. Welding classes are the hows and whys, the ins and outs of welding. The practice you can get anywhere. So what? You can *** bucket some .06" 304 stainless pipe and you think you have any amount of skill what-so-ever?
Let's see... So you show up somewhere and take a welding test on your sub 1/8" pipe on a flat weld. Now you're able to magically do flat position groove welds up to a STAGGERING what 3/16"
And you can only weld flat Better yet you don't have a ------- clue about what's going on with the weld, so the priceless look on your face. Knowing the of the impending failure they let you weld for an hour to do a five minute weld.
Why Because Ill gaurentee you that means. You don't know the meaning of full penitration. Love that tiny little pock marks on the backside of the weld. That sure is classic reinforcement! You waste 5x the amount of consumeables and 10x the amount of time trying to fix your pitiful three pass welds.
Three pass? Yeah, you're a three passer... A pathetic zero pen root pass, A cap pass that looks like ***. Then to waste yet more time and try to fake the other newbie welder group you're in. You run your torch backwards ontop of the existing weld trying, and failing to make it look like something. All the while doing nothing more than trying to hide the thousand mistakes you made in the process of welding.

that post you posted since you cant read, not suprisingly, is me asking someone in canada to weld something. seeing i live in connecticut what do you think that means? THAT I AM ABOUT 4K MILES AWAY FROM THE MANIFOLD SO HOW THE ---- AM I SUPPOSED TO WELD IT?
second, you know nothing about how i weld so dont presume to know. three passing? maybe your ****** *** has to make a pretty pass, i do a root pass and a cap pass with filler. i know youre so talented welding 1"+ material, where all you have to do is crank the welder to 300 amps, floor the pedal, and stuff some rod into the puddle. give me a break if you think that takes immense skill.
again lets see some turbo fabrication work youve done. so far youve done everything but show me some. this isnt homemadeindustrialwelding.com. i dont care about any of that, if i had the same training you have in that field i know would dwarf youre skill there too, ******.

First off. The thicker it is, the better the welder. By your standards the pinnical of welding would be parlor trick aluminum foil and beer cans... Small thickness does not certify iup in thickness.
For that matter you couldn't weld a standard basic 1/2" flat piece of mild steel together. Why? Because you don't know what what to do with a gab, bevel, or landing. You wouldn't know what to do with the filler, the torch, any of the angles... You wouldn't even know when you have penitration because you don't know what the ---- a keyhole is.
Welding craptastic .06" pipe you weld is where you get away with running more amps than needed. You're not going to do that on an open root pass... Otherwise youll wind up with incomplete fusion and likely cracking in the HAZ because you washed the sides of your weld away.
