Ha my cable provider has already sent me 2 emails asking me to delete downloaded torrents from my pc, and recommends that if I dont stop, they will cancel my service. Funny part about it is the second email referenced a call of duty game that I KNOW was not downloaded from my IP, as myself and Joseph both despise FPS games, lol.

Ok so for them to know you are downloading the file doesn't the company have to set up a operation to seed the file themselves and check who is connected to report to the ISP? In this case if the company is seeding it wouldn't it be legal to download as they are putting it out there and/or entrapment?

If comcast threatens you to stop your the service, tell that the price is too high anyways and you want to cancel. They will lower your price back to the promotional price.
