We need to go back and start using winrar compressed with PW protection and different torrent titles. Include the description and title of the movie in the torrent description when posting on internet, but not in title or contents.

Re: No more lawsuits for P2P

Ok so for them to know you are downloading the file doesn't the company have to set up a operation to seed the file themselves and check who is connected to report to the ISP? In this case if the company is seeding it wouldn't it be legal to download as they are putting it out there and/or entrapment?

It worked for Mr Plemmons, an Asheville native who set the precedent for entrapment.

Yea jd and i can think of a few laws that worked to keep darkies at the back of the bus but now were all darkies and the law doesnt give a ---- what the precedent is.
