Those are not top 10 but they are top 20 best foods to eat......A lot of anti oxidants...

That whey protein isn't doing anything for you. A balanced diet will do more, and if you're serious about weight lifting, then you should already be watching your diet.

Unless you're really ------- hardcore, whey protein isn't needed. Eat other foods that are rich in essential amino acids, such *** animal products and soy.

Paxton, good list of stuff. Definatley things that should be in everyone's diet.
