Re:Mugen Accord

Okay... I found one, a production engine that can go head to head with the Mugen.

From bmwusa.com:

Based on the new 6 Series, the new M6 shares its drivetrain with the recently introduced M5. The new V-10 produces 500 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft. of torque. Engineered to rev with a redline of 8,250, this new engine offers 100 horsepower per liter of displacement. Pure race-car territory.
A V10 revving to 8250? In a production car? :o Awesome.

As someone pointed out to me.. it's not an Accord. It's a Honda Legend, in USDM terms it's the Acura RL.

Uhm, is this thing using the new Legends drivetrain or what? if so it would be Awd.

I was gonna say that too. The Mugen Accord doesn't look like that. It looked like an RL. Still honda based and badass.
O and if it has AWD then i have it beating that corvette

thats a v-10 and its not an american car. Impressive though.

I said no AMERICAN car v8 can compete with the mugen v8. Imports v8 did a much better job.
