Now That would be PIMP right there!!!!

Do the show, it will be good for you, you will get your money, if he agrees to show up, unless he is obligated to do so.

You should also find out if the person or business you plan to sue has any money or assets to pay your claim, if you should win. Otherwise, you may have a difficult time collecting on a court judgment. Remember, it is up to you — not the court — to take further legal action against the person or business if they do not pay the judgment.
In The Great State of Alabama, you CAN NOT sue someone personally, for a business transaction, NOR sue someone's business, for a personal problem. Unless he bought the civic under his personal business, you must go after him personally. This is both good, and bad.
The good news is that it keeps people from invading your personal possessions, or business, and ruining you.
The bad news is that if you have a transaction with someone's business, and it goes bad; you can only sue them for possessions owned by the business.

For example... Someone business owner ***** you over. You MUST sue his business. let's say the business only owns an '85 Ford Bronco, and a few hand tools. You're entitled to sue the business for the '85 Ford Bronco, and a few hand tools.

Dress well & look your best at all times & show respect for both the judge & the court. The judge will first ask you your side of the case. Keep it short, and simple. They've heard everything you can possibly come up with. They will also ask anyone with something to add for your side of the case. Instruct them to do so also.

By staying short, simple & just to the facts, you give the looser enough rope to hang themselves with.
90% of the time, the looser just hangs themselves with the rope. Saying dumb thing that are not relivant.
It's short & sweet.

After a few weeks, you'll both recieve the both the ruling via mail. This keeps both sides from being ******** about it at the time & let's people calm down.
